Buy-a-Net believes that the best treatment is prevention of a disease in the first place. Not only do we provide bed nets to our local partners for distribution, but we also educate volunteer community health workers in Uganda on sanitation, need to treat fever early, bed net use and care, and how to prevent, recognize the signs of, and treat malaria, pneumonia and diarrhea.
